Details: ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) is the new CSR. It is regarded as a key contributor to successful recruitment and staff retention, enhancing business reputation as well as improving performance. But what does this mean for HR?
At this Early Birds session, we will be providing an overview of those topics under the ESG umbrella that are most likely to fall within the remit of HR. We will cover diversity, equity and inclusion; diversity data and reporting requirements; whistleblowing; health and wellbeing; pay gap reporting obligations, and employee engagement.
You may already be instrumental in developing your organisation’s ESG strategy, or perhaps you have implemented many of the relevant policies. This session will help demystify ESG and provide a useful forum for discussion. We will also be delivering an employment law update on key recent developments.
