Mental health is everyone’s business, but talking about it doesn’t always feel comfortable. Join our friendly, supportive workshop and develop the skills you need to talk about mental health with confidence.
You will also have the opportunity to become a West Kent Mind Wellbeing Champion and be part of a mentally healthy community in the Sevenoaks District.

💠Wednesday 15 November 6pm-9pm Bat & Ball Community Centre, Sevenoaks
💠Saturday 24 February 2024 10.30am-1.30pm Eden Centre, Edenbridge
This workshop is open to anyone who lives, works or studies in Sevenoaks and is aged 18+.
The workshops are funded by Sevenoaks District Council and free to attend.
