You can choose between meeting with Business Mentors or Personal Performance coaches or even both. Here is a quick guide to the difference between the two services.

Are you getting the most out of your business?

Business Mentors who share their professional knowledge and business experience to help you to analyse your business’ performance

For example: skills gained in the corporate world are not always the same as those required for a small business where the margins for error are far narrower – knowing when to outsource for advice is paramount to keeping the business fit and healthy.

Is your business getting the most out of you?

Personal Performance Coaches who through their professional skills encourage you to analyse your personal performance .

For example: you’ve fine-tuned your expenditure, you are up to date on all current legislation, but when is the last time you reviewed your own performance or addressed some of your bigger picture questions, needs or challenges, or is there something holding you back?

This equivalent of a reverse Dragon’s Den allows each new member to choose the Coach or Mentor they would like most to meet. We’ve included voxpops of our MGB team for you to decide who would understand you and your business best. Click the photos and links to more information.

You have one year from joining the Chamber to take advantage of this offer. How to select your Mentor.
