The Next Generation initiative
Next Gen provides a meeting forum for entrepreneurs and professionals at the early stages of their career.
The networking is very relaxed and informal to encourage the future generation to make early business connections they can nurture throughout their careers.
The group is run and organised by members of the Next Generation Team with support and guidance from the Chamber and is suitable for professionals and entrepreneurs who may be starting a new career or business venture or at the early stages of career progression within their organisations.

Astra Birch is as Mortgage & Equity Release Adviser and runs SN Financial Services Ltd in Holly Bush Lane. Astra has lived in Sevenoaks & the surrounding area for 6 years, with Husband Joe & Cat Bonsai, and is excited about being involved in the local business community. Her office in Sevenoaks is made up of all under 30’s and SN Financial are passionate as a company about injecting youth into an otherwise aging industry – Next Gen provides the perfect platform for their team!

Emma is the Owner of Opulence who provide bespoke wine experiences in the incredible Kent vineyards, specifically for corporate hospitality. Emma recently joined the Next Gen Committee in 2023 and is very much looking forward to planning future exciting events and building great relationships with the local business community.

Jessica is a solicitor in the Corporate, Commercial & IP Team at Warners having joined the firm in 2019. Jessica recently joined the Next Gen Committee in 2022 to contribute to and build positive relationships within the local business community. Jessica looks forward to the future success of the Next Gen initiative.
Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys travelling and is an avid horse rider.
