Opera Comes to Squerryes Court this Autumn

For anyone who loves opera, there is a wonderful opportunity to join Henry and Claire Warde for a black-tie evening to watch Opéra D’Argento perform in the splendid setting of the Great Hall at Squerryes Court in Westerham.

The event will take place on 9 November at 7.30pm.

This is a rare opportunity to enjoy internationally renowned artists performing favourite arias from much loved operas. The evening will include a wonderful selection of seasonal canapés created by Squerryes Head Chef, Seamie, while enjoying award winning Squerryes wines.

Opera D’Argento is a boutique company with an ensemble of international artists, specialising in the performance of much-loved operatic favourites including from the operas of Puccini, Verdi, Mozart and Rossini.

Squerryes Court is a beautiful late 17th-century manor house that stands just outside the town of Westerham in Kent. The impressive grade 1 building is surrounded by extensive gardens and parkland and has a wonderful rich history which makes it the perfect setting for this operatic experience.  If the house seems familiar, Squerryes Court recently appeared in the most recent Netflix series of Bridgerton.

Henry Warde is the 8th generation Warde to live at Squerryes Court.

Tickets are £210 per person for non-members and members can purchase tickets for £178 per person.  All tickets include the performance, a selection of seasonal canapés, Squerryes wines and all refreshments.
