As we continue to live and work within a new and evolving landscape, at West Kent Mind we are acutely aware that ensuring the mental health and wellbeing of ourselves and those around us – at home, school and work – is more important, yet more difficult, than ever.
Join one of our online training courses and add some new tools to your toolkit for supporting your own and others’ wellbeing this winter. All of the profits generated by the training and education we deliver are invested into the vital services we provide within the community.

Interested? Here’s what some of our recent course participants had to say:
“The course was well delivered and was a very supportive group in which to explore understanding and express concerns in a non-judgemental way.”
“Anxiety & Depression can affect everyone differently, and being able to understand that impact is so important, especially when working in a role where it is very common. This training helped me understand the early signs and triggers better and will help me to use it to help others”
