MHFA England have launched an online version of the Adult Half Day training course.  Led by an approved MHFA England Instructor Member, this four hour session covers:

  • What is mental health and the mental health continuum
  • Stress and stress management
  • Spotting signs of distress
  • Mental health conditions
  • My mental health toolkit

Children & Young People Suicide Awareness & Prevention workshops

This free training is open to anyone in Kent and Medway who is interested in the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people. This includes people who work or volunteer with children and young people, as well as individuals / parents who want to learn more about how to support them in a personal capacity.
