My Father was clear from early on that he wanted an all female team in leading roles. I didn’t quite understand when he told me, but this morning I truly did. Delivering dignity is an art form at the best of times, but in these conditions it must be so, so much tougher. I said this to Michelle and Rebecca individually today, and I meant every word. If any of you ever wonder whether what you do matters, or if you wake weary for the task or day ahead, please know from me that it really does make a huge difference. It really does matter.
