The Next Generation initiative
Next Gen provides a meeting forum for entrepreneurs and professionals at the early stages of their career.
The networking is very relaxed and informal to encourage the future generation to make early business connections they can nurture throughout their careers.
The group is run and organised by members of the Next Generation Team with support and guidance from the Chamber and is suitable for professionals and entrepreneurs who may be starting a new career or business venture or at the early stages of career progression within their organisations.

Anthony is a Residential Property Solicitor who deals with various types of property transactions from Rix & Kay’s Sevenoaks Office. Anthony primarily assists clients to buy, sell, re-mortgage and transfer residential property and is also a member of the Equity Release Council and Agricultural Law Association. Anthony has over 10 years’ experience working within the legal sector and has been with Rix & Kay since 2017. Anthony is excited to be part of the Next Gen committee and is looking forward to helping it grow.

Astra Birch is as Mortgage & Equity Release Adviser and runs SN Financial Services Ltd in Holly Bush Lane. Astra has lived in Sevenoaks & the surrounding area for 6 years, with Husband Joe & Cat Bonsai, and is excited about being involved in the local business community. Her office in Sevenoaks is made up of all under 30’s and SN Financial are passionate as a company about injecting youth into an otherwise aging industry – Next Gen provides the perfect platform for their team!

Eleanor is a Solicitor specialising in Divorce and Family Law at Thackray Williams, having joined the firm in 2017. She works from both their Sevenoaks and Bromley offices. Eleanor joined the Next Gen committee in 2022 and is excited for what the group has planned.
In her spare time, Eleanor is a keen skier, enjoys exploring new cities and is a Guide leader at a local group.

Jessica is a solicitor in the Corporate, Commercial & IP Team at Warners having joined the firm in 2019. Jessica recently joined the Next Gen Committee in 2022 to contribute to and build positive relationships within the local business community. Jessica looks forward to the future success of the Next Gen initiative.
Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys travelling and is an avid horse rider.

Paul joined Sanlam in 2006, having received his grounding in the financial services industry at what was then, Skandia Life Assurance. With over 14 year of investment experience, Paul holds Chartered Wealth Manager status with the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and has experience in managing a range of investment portfolios for private clients, trusts and charities.
