What to bring

You are welcome to arrive at the earlier listed time for picnics and to set up chairs ready for the performance. If you arrive earlier to visit the garden, you will need to pay for admission (National Trust members get in for free).

To enjoy our theatre productions in comfort please bring along either a picnic blanket or chairs to sit on. Please bring along your booking confirmation to show on arrival (internet signal can be inconsistent, so we recommend downloading beforehand just in case).

The performance is fully outdoors so please dress and pack for the weather on the day. That will hopefully mean sun-cream, hats and glasses, but the show will go on even if it rains, so you may want to pack waterproof coats as well.

Barbecues are not permitted within Emmetts Garden.
