Sevenoaks Town Council have been working with Southeastern and the Darent Valley Community Rail Partnership to install murals at both the Bat & Ball Station and Sevenoaks Mainline Station.
Public consultation was held regarding the designs and received overwhelming positive feedback.
The Bat & Ball Station mural has recently been finished and again received much favourable feedback.
London artist Ola Sielicka will begin the painting Sevenoaks Mainline station mural on Thursday 16th May 2024. Weather permitting, the mural will take around 2 – 3 weeks to complete before being protected in an anti-graffiti coating. This mural is funded by DVCRP, with the aim to highlight the local stations along the Darent Valley train line, and the Darent Valley Community Rail Partnership.
