The ever-popular Sevenoaks Firework and torchlit procession will be back on our High Street in 2021! The Sevenoaks Round Table have once again organised a fantastic event starting in Sevenoaks High Street at 5.00pm with the torchlit procession starting at 6.00pm and fireworks at Sevenoaks School from 6.45pm
The earlier start time will hopefully be attractive to families with young children and will also allow participants to use the many High Street eateries pre and post firework event. The High Street will once again provide children’s entertainment, stalls, food, and rides.
TICKETS ARE NOW ON SALE and proceeds from the event will go to local charities and Sevenoaks Samaritans are proud to be one of the beneficiaries. The Sevenoaks Samaritans team will be present at the event offering emotional support to any participants who may feel overwhelmed or in distress on the night, particularly as this event in the town since the easing of social restrictions.
We are thrilled to be supporting the work of the Sevenoaks Round Table, and a number of our volunteers have undergone specific training to offer support on the night. You will find our stall in the High Street and at the main event at Sevenoaks School.
Also supporting the event is local Law firm Warners Solicitors and the Sevenoaks Town Team and Sevenoaks School who have worked together to make the event spectacular this year!
