Sevenoaks Box Fit opened its doors early February and is a small family run business. They’ve quickly had to adopt to the increased concerns around Coronavirus, they thought outside the box, and are now offering daily 11am virtual 30min Box Fit sessions. Second day running and they’ve received brilliant feedback and increase in participants!
Boxing coaches Andy, Carin and Paul takes turn to run the sessions – really creative and excellent response to support well-being during this time of uncertainty! We wanted to share it as many gyms are closing down and this is a superb way to make sure your workforce can focus on well-being in times of isolation… it’s great for body & mind!
