Salters Heath Business Centre brings modern office facilities to the well-connected Kent Downs, close to Sevenoaks town centre, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This collection of five fully-accessible buildings – the majority of which can be let on a self-contained basis – occupies 1.3 acres of stunning estate farmland. Each building bears its own distinct character and unique square footage – embracing the site’s historical agricultural past. Many of the buildings’ original features, some dating back to the 17th century, have been restored or retained before being skilfully blended with new additions, disabled facilities and a tech-led infrastructure to support today’s way of working.
