Employers Workplace Wellbeing Event including Lunch
19 March @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pmFree
Ahead of Stress Awareness month in April, with a recent Deloitte report confirming stress being responsible for almost half of working days lost in Britain, we look at the importance of good mental health in the workplace and legal considerations impacting upon this.
Supporting employee well-being is essential for a positive work environment, where both professional success and personal well-being are nurtured. In this introductory session we will consider the benefits of prioritising employee mental health and explore practical ways to create a mentally healthy workplace, including tools and support available to assist you. It is equally important to be aware of the legal risks and issues that may arise when considering and dealing with employee wellbeing, we will provide guidance on key risks and issues and how to address these.
