During Mental Health Awareness Week West Kent Mind, one of our chosen charities for 2023, are asking everyone to dig out your favourite blue T shirt, pull on your blue jeans, slip on some natty blue socks and join us in wearing it blue! Mental Health Awareness Week is a chance for all of us to be more open about mental health, to talk, to listen, and to support each other.
The meeting is sponsored by FinWELL – who offers financial wellbeing services through education, guidance, training and support.
Members can attend for free and guests are welcome for a £15.00 entrance fee.
